3. Important Note:

We only conduct verification and submit findings based on available information.

The final purchase decision rests with you.

The company will not be involved in court matters after purchase.

We can, however, submit our findings as a witness if required in court.

4. Do you want our company to serve as a witness during purchase?

(Note: Witness service is possible only if the company is contacted during the transaction, or if the property is purchased through our platform. Seller’s documents must contain a Court Affidavit of Ownership.)
